We want you to be satisfied with CanaryOps. This policy explains how refunds work.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
To request a refund:
- Email us at oleg.glyb@gmail.com
- Include your account email and reason for the refund (optional but helpful)
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
After 14 Days
After the 14-day period, we do not offer refunds for:
- Unused time remaining in your billing period
- Subscription renewals (you may cancel anytime to prevent future charges)
- Downgrade from a higher to lower tier
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged again after cancellation
- No partial refund is given for the remaining days in your billing period
Exceptions
We may offer refunds outside this policy at our discretion in cases of:
- Service outages that significantly impacted your ability to use the product
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Exceptional circumstances
Free Tier
The free tier requires no payment and therefore no refund applies.
